1. In order to protect the wire rope from abrasion, a wire rope loop should be used on the top eye.
2. At the end of each section of wire rope, more than three wire rope clamps should be used at the same time to obtain effective locking force. The spacing of each wire rope clamp should be greater than 6 times the diameter of the wire rope.
3. The wire rope clamp should buckle the clamp seat on the working section of the wire rope, and the U-shaped bolt shall be buckled on the tail section of the wire rope, and shall not be alternately arranged on the wire rope.
4. To tighten the wire rope clamps, it is necessary to consider the reasonable force of each wire rope clamp. The wire rope clamps farthest from the loop shall not be fastened separately first.
5. The wire rope clamp closest to the loop should be as close as possible to the loop, but it must be ensured that the wire rope clamp is tightened correctly and the outer steel wire of the wire rope must not be damaged.
