The turnbuckle bolt is composed of an adjusting rod with left-hand and right-hand threads and a turnbuckle body. By adjusting the turnbuckle body, the screw rod expands and contracts to adjust the tightness of the wire rope. Turnbuckle bolts can be bundled during component transportation, and can also be loosened during installation and correction. It can often be seen in steel structures.
When applying turnbuckle bolts to steel structures, make sure that at least 25% of the screw length has entered the body of turnbuckle bolts. Turnbuckle bolts must be used strictly in accordance with the rated load, and excessive frequent use and overload use are not allowed. In addition, if the turnbuckle bolt is cracked, deformed by more than 10 degrees, or worn by more than 10%, please stop using it.
